Have you ever tried to lose weight and just could not make much progress? Or maybe you got a good start but gave up soon after. Losing weight is a common goal, but it is not usually a completed one.


Sometimes losing weight means changing your diet. Sometimes it means hitting the gym or running and working up a sweat. Sometimes it is simple behavioral changes, such as making good food choices at work or eating more at home than you eat out.


These are all fairly well-known approaches to losing weight, but did you know that your mental and emotional health can also affect your ability to lose weight? From reducing stress to making changes in your thinking, mental and emotional health can help you lose weight and keep it off.


More often than not, losing weight requires more than one of these approaches. In fact, it often requires an attack from multiple sides, including the mental and emotional ones. Additionally, people are much more successful when they have support, encouragement, and accountability.


Through diet coaching and my wellness program, I can help you finally reach your weight loss goals. We will develop a diet, fitness, and health plan that is easy to follow. I will take the time to learn your normal behaviors so we can make lasting changes. I will also be here to offer you any education and support you might need.
