Chronic Illness Assistance Through Holistic Health Coaching

Sadly, chronic illnesses run rampant- on average about half of a population have at least one chronic illness. While medications may help in some ways and can decrease the pain associated with these illnesses, lifestyle changes often have a bigger impact.


For instance, most people who have heart conditions are put on some form of medication. This medication is intended to help treat the problem, but the patient is usually also told to make dietary changes, begin exercising, and reduce stress- or something similar. If the patient only takes the medication without making any lifestyle changes, it is similar to putting a Bandaid on a gaping wound.


In order to change your health, you have to change your health behaviors. In doing so, even those with chronic illnesses can experience incredible changes in their lives.
