With my education and experience as an RN, I have the knowledge and wisdom needed to help clients with their physical health. With commitment, you will make consistent progress toward your physical goals.
While I do work on the physical aspect of my clients' well-being, I understand that the physical, mental, and emotional all work hand in hand. Therefore, the client and I focus as much as- or more than, when needed- on the emotional and mental aspects of their life as we do the physical aspects.
At Wellness Coach, I take the time to understand my clients as well as I possibly can. I aim to help create a very personalized journey for each client with small, manageable steps. I walk side by side with you as you make your way toward your goals and provide assistance in any way I can along the way.
